Registering is simple – just fill out the form linked below and return it with your W-9. Each time you submit a qualifying order include the Spiff Order Registration with your PO and you will get paid when the invoice is paid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SPIFF PROGRAM:

1. In order to qualify, spiff form must be filled out and sent in when order is placed. Fill out form and send to Spiff@PrestigeEntries.com or text to 833-833-3168.
2. Spiff is earned with order is entered and is payable on the 1st of the month following full payment of invoice.
